after it rains); circular route; coffee kit; binoculars.
About the Route: A one-km. circular route; the start of the
route, which runs from the parking area atop Mt. Shaul and the adjacent lookout
point, is marked in green. From this point a spectacular panoramic view looks
out onto the hills of the Lower Galilee, Givat Hamore, Mt. Tabor, the Nazarene
Hills and the Harod Valley. Most of the route is shaded by pine groves. Pay
attention to the signs along the way, which tell of events mentioned in the Old
Testament that took place there.
